Connected Leadership

A global network of Kellogg Fellows supporting racial equity & healing, community engagement, and collective action on behalf of children

Kellogg Fellows and Friends,

I’m excited to welcome you to our new online publication: Connected Leadership. It’s a space for stories of bold leadership from Kellogg Fellows — leadership that connects us, builds thriving, equitable communities, and calls us to action.

This also signals a new chapter for the Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance.

Fifteen years after we convened this space for connection, reflection and collective action — we begin an era of renewal and clarity of purpose, funded by a 3-year grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

With the support of WKKF, we’re embarking on an ambitious partnership to support the global Kellogg Fellows network to act to improve the conditions that enable children and working families to thrive in equitable communities.

We know that the factors underlying disparities in our communities are multi-dimensional, intersectional, and defy simple solutions. Building a better future requires leadership that is connected. Connected in local, national, and global systems; connected across differences and diversity; connected across sectors and professions.

We believe that Kellogg Fellows can come together, leverage connections and expertise, and make lasting change for thriving, equitable communities. Your partnership is more vital and impactful than ever in enacting this vision.

Exciting announcements are coming your way soon — from local chapters to global gatherings — and in the meantime here are ways you can get more involved with this dynamic network right away:
