Biography

Victoria is an emerging leader and native of Battle Creek. She is currently a health equity alliance coordinator with the Calhoun County Public Health Department, working with community organizations, businesses and health care providers to eliminate health disparities and improve health for children and families of color in the county. Over the past three years, Victoria has covered ground across the public health field, working with Good Food Battle Creek to convene a workshop on institutional racism as a barrier to food access, developing a health careers pipeline initiative and producing a report on health inequities facing communities of color.
