Biography

Raul Lopez is a creative entrepreneur who seeks to create a social impact through the generation of jobs in the chocolate production industry. He is the business manager of Mayan Chocolate; one of the largest and successful chocolate companies in the state of Tabasco. The work of Mayan Chocolate is notable for using organic ingredients and traditional methods to manufacture all the products. During his career, Raul has been technical advisor in the certification of organic crops and he has provided training to young people and children in rural communities with cultural, recreational and educational objectives.
