Biography
Dr. Herma Williams currently serves as chair of the board of Peer Servants, a group of primarily volunteers who partner with indigenous, autonomous microfinance institutions in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior to this, Dr. Williams was Provost and Academic Vice President of Fresno Pacific University from 2006-2011. Williams career includes over 43 years as a senior administrator in multiple colleges and universities from Washington, DC to California and also as a Fulbright Professor in Cape Town, South Africa. Additionally, she is involved as a consultant for numerous foundations. Herma Williams is a frequent speaker on topics including; leadership, cultural diversity, management and human development.
