Myles Rademan is president of Rademan & Associates, specializing in keynote presentations, facilitations, visioning, strategic planning and leadership trainings for corporate, governmental and non-profit clients. He also serves as Leadership, Public Affairs & Communications Specialist for Park City, Utah & is founder and director of award-winning Leadership Park City. Since 1971, Mr. Rademan has been involved in all aspects of strategic planning, resort development and leadership training. He served as the Planning Director for Park City, Utah and as Community Development Director for Crested Butte, Colorado. He has worked with numerous corporations, communities, and public and private associations on policy planning, public involvement strategies, environmental initiatives, and leadership training. His personal philosophy is proactive and reality-based. He is an avid student of the sociology and psychology of communities, and has spoken widely on future trends and the types of leadership needed to insure success in turbulent times. He is widely appreciated as a knowledgeable, vibrant, motivating and entertaining speaker. Mr. Rademan holds graduate degrees in law and urban planning from New York University. He was a Fulbright Professor in New Zealand, a Kellogg National Fellow and a Salzburg International Fellow. He has received numerous professional awards, including the prestigious 2002 Preceptor Award from the International Community Leadership Association, and was inducted as a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners by the American Planning Association in 2006. He served as Director of Information for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Park City and was honored to be an Olympic Torch Bearer. The Park City Chamber/Bureau named The Spirit of Hospitality Award after him. He has served on numerous public and non-profit boards and is currently a board member of the Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance, the Park City Foundation, the Utah Ski and Snowboard Association and the Park City Chamber/Bureau. He was a founding member of the Colorado Association of Ski Towns in the early 1970's. Mr. Rademan has been featured in several PBS special documentaries including Territory in Conflict, and Subdivide and Conquer: A Modern Western, decrying the environmental impacts of urban sprawl in the Rocky Mountain West.
