Biography

Dr. Tania Pierre-Charles has a history of more than 15 years in the field of health and development in Haiti. With a large field of endeavors, she has worked in public health for non-governmental organizations, as well as in state institutions, international organizations and with grassroots organizations. As Professor of the Chair “Population and Development " of the State University of Haiti, she has participated in several multidisciplinary research works in the planning and development of health projects, management and evaluation of projects and conception of training and participatory programs. She currently serves as a consultant for CRESFED (The Centre for Research and Training Economic and Social Development) in Haiti.
