Welcome to the new version of the Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance newsletter – KFLA 2.0.
Welcome to the new version of the Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance newsletter – KFLA 2.0. As the name suggests, we are moving toward new ways to make this network stronger and to increase the possibilities for you to connect to others in the Kellogg network.
2013 brings KFLA the opportunity to forge our future through a more entrepreneurial route by way of contracts and collaborations with Kellogg Fellows on projects, where the engine of KFLA brings a different dimension to their work. We are excited about this way of being present to continue to support you.
Thank you to all who have participated in our surveys this past year as we gather information to strengthen our network. The next request is to find out who is now working as a personal life coach, leadership coach, and organizational transformation coach. There are several job opportunities in the wind and we want to be prepared to provide a comprehensive list of Kellogg Fellows with these skills to our potential client.
The Latin American Foro last November brought a lot of energy to the 60 individuals from Latin America that came and they have started to work together to strengthen their network. I encourage you, if you have a portfolio in Latin America, to please complete the survey letting us know what you are working on in that part of the world.
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey on who has an African portfolio. There are several of you working in the same country and we hope you can connect with each other.
2013 also brings KFLA the opportunity for new leadership. We are looking for Kellogg Fellows who would be interested in supporting the expansion of the network. Please submit your interest to serve on a committee and/or on KFLA Board of Directors by May 15th to mlee@kfla.org.
I invite you to give us feedback and ideas for how we can connect you and your work to others. We are here for you!
