Biography

Celia holds a degree in Sustainable Tourism. She has worked with Lydia Cacho in the Comprehensive Care Center for Women Civil Association, where she served as coordinator of statistics and indicators. Celia has extensive experience in the area of sexual rights, gender equality, and human trafficking. She has participated in numerous workshops about women empowerment, crisis intervention, domestic violence and training for child care crisis.
