Biography

Catherine Warrick has spent 30 years as a college professor and academic dean. She also served the State of Minnesota as Equal Opportunity Director in the Quie administration, was executive director of Chrysalis Center for Women in the 1980s, and was co-owner of The Whole Brain Shop in St. Paul, MN for 12 years where she practiced as an educational kinesiologist prior to retiring in 2004. She has studied meditation for 22 years and teaches Heart Rhythm Meditation through the Institute for Applied Meditation. She is an experienced and certified spiritual teacher and guide in an interfaith tradition, an ordained minister, a healing conductor, and was Twin Cities Center Coordinator for the Sufi Order for 11 years.
