Biography

Mr. Michael Marez is the President of Prime Plus Corporation (PPC) in Boulder, CO. Since 1998, PPC has been engaged in acquiring parcels of land in Boulder County for annexation to the City of Boulder, rezoning, subdivision, and development as necessary for resale for residential home construction. Mr. Marez has served as President since 2005. Prior to joining PPC, Mr. Marez was Senior Vice President for Latin America of Pulte Mortgage Corporation from 1995-2006.
