I am happy to report that we are working on a couple of deliverables to engage in with her and her team. Keep an eye out for this development and an invitation to be part of this collaboration.

Did you ever stand back in awe of someone who at great risk stands up for what is right and good? Did you admire their courage? The Matusak Courageous Leadership Award was initiated to recognize individuals who have displayed a passion for the common good and a commitment to principles greater than just themselves. The kind of courage that once exhibited galvanizes others to action.
The award and $3000 prize will be presented at KFLA’s Forum 2016 in Denver.
A Virtual Book Club—Dialogue with Authors, Innovators, and Thought Leaders
We have always known that we have a treasure of knowledge in practice, in writing, and in dialogue among our Kellogg Fellows. New in 2016: authors, lecturers, and social innovators from every genre imaginable have agreed to host a series of live online discussions with you.
On November 17th 2015, Kellogg Fellows joined Dr. Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, the Under-Secretary and Executive Director of UN Women as well as a Kellogg Fellow, in person and online, to discuss ways in which the global Kellogg Fellows network could be leveraged to support the mandate of UN Women to work towards gender equality and the empowerment of girls and women across the globe, and to achieve Planet 50:50 by 2030. A key outcome of this gathering is a memorandum of understanding between the UN Women office and the Kellogg Fellows Leadership Alliance that is currently being developed and will soon launch this promising official collaboration.
KFLA invites the entire network of Kellogg Fellows once again, to join us in the month of April to celebrate Mr. Kellogg’s birthday and acknowledge his legacy. It is a way to express our gratitude for the investment Mr. Kellogg and the Kellogg Foundation made and continues to make in people’s lives.
A year ago we asked you: is it time for another Forum? A resounding 221 of you responded “Yes!” and told us what would make great Forum 2016.
Today we are pleased to announce that, with your input, and in partnership with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s innovative focus on Putting Children First, we are convening in Denver from October 6 - 9 for Forum 2016.
