Biography

My curiosity drives my exploration of social and environmental landscapes. Over the past decade, I've worked in agriculture, was a Kellogg Food & Society Policy Fellow, and served on local and state food policy councils. During that time I encountered development barriers due to inadequate information generated by traditional and limiting research methods. Social and environmental health is a multi-dimensional landscape in need of a new kind of lens: an infusion of multi-media, artistic, and ethnographic methodologies. This is where I begin my exploration of storytelling for change.
