Biography

Debi is an established leader and project director of SHARE New Mexico, a web-based resource center for nonprofits and funders in New Mexico. Debi has extensive professional experience in the for-profit sector, ranging from investor relations to human resources, to metrics and measurement, all of which she hopes to leverage to promote increased effectiveness and impact among nonprofits. In five years since leaving the corporate world, Debi has identified opportunities to learn more about how nonprofits can impact the lives of vulnerable children and their families. She has extensive technology, data and research skills that prove invaluable to strategy and analysis.
