Biography

Flint is an emerging leader and currently serves as a program officer for the Greater New Orleans Foundation. In this role he works to foster civic participation to empower parents and families to improve the quality of life for the region’s most vulnerable children. He has been a vocal champion for investment in early childhood education. He believes that investing in our children is the key to solving many of society’s problems including poverty, violence, crime, education and unemployment. Flint is also an advocate for parents; he recognizes that improving the leadership and civic engagement skills of parents can lead to personal, community and policy transformation.
