Biography

Ryan is the community intergovernmental affairs specialist at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He has dedicated the last eleven years of his life to public service at institutions and organizations that help improve the lives of individuals and their communities. Ryan also serves on a committee of the Broadmoor Improvement Association that develops methods to addresses crime and public safety in the Broadmoor neighborhood of New Orleans. His focus is on grassroots solutions driven by community engagement and local support. He was a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala.
