Biography

Tinora is an emerging leader and The Regional Volunteer Services Office for the Mississippi Region of the American Red Cross. Through her work in culturally-specific communities, she has had the opportunity to experience the impact of community engagement and reconciliation and how these can transform the lives of historically vulnerable communities. Previously, Tinora worked as the Executive Director of the Columbus Arts Council where she was responsible for the strategic oversight of the small arts organization. Her main work at the CAC was to change the community perception of the organization and move it to a welcoming community for all people.
