Biography

Bryant Terry is a chef, educator, and author renowned for his activism to create a healthy, just, and sustainable food system. His latest book is The Inspired Vegan, and he is the author of Vegan Soul Kitchen: Fresh, Healthy, and Creative African-American Cuisine. Bryant’s work has been featured in The New York Times, Gourmet, Food and Wine, and O: The Oprah Magazine, among many other outlets, and he presents frequently around the country as a keynote speaker at colleges and universities.
