Biography

Jack Richards was, until recently, Community Development Director for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, overseeing Community Development staff working with financial institutions and communities in the nine western states that comprise the Federal Reserve''s Twelfth District. Previously, Jack worked as a commercial lender, a CRA and fair lending consultant, and as a community reinvestment officer. He is now devoting his time to managing his business, Nancy Boy, and to providing consulting services to both corporate and nonprofit clients on strategic and organizational development.
