Biography

My background includes working at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland. I was responsible for inpatient and outpatient program development and evaluation. Since then, I have done consulting work at WHO on nutrition issues for women and children, for community based agencies to prioritize needs based programs and many strategic planning and implementation jobs for community non-profits. Most recently, my work has been on the health care and education issues that affect children with Autism and other special needs. In short, I do a lot of needs assessment and re-structuring work to keep the core mission viable in organizations that are on the front line of delivery. Having large teaching hospital experience and strategy tools is particularly helpful to identify opportunities that continue to serve the populations most in need, though often in new ways.
