Peter Linkow is Managing Director of Lead Diversity, which provides consulting, research, and content development on diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership and strategy. Previously, he was President of WFD Consulting, which advises clients on work-life and diversity strategies. Earlier in his career, he was CEO of two nonprofit organizations, serving people with cognitive and mental disabilities, and a professor of management at Boston University, where he conducted research on strategy and strategic thinking. For the last twenty-five years, Peter has consulted internationally on business strategy, change management, workplace improvement, and diversity, equity, & inclusion. Peter received his MBA from Harvard Business School as well as graduate degrees in educational policy and psychology from Harvard and Indiana Universities respectively. He received his B.A. from DePauw University.
