Biography

Ms. Norma Lara is a Professor within the Department of Health Care, Division of Biological Sciences and Health, at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico. She is responsible for the research area on “Health Systems and comunnity health care services" She also advises community projects in the Caminart Cultural Association , a non- profit organization that promotes the rights to education and culture as strategies for local development and vulnerable groups.
