Biography

Professor Chen Zhi Xing is the Vice President of Shanghai Medicine and Health Development Foundation. He is also Vice President of Shanghai Post-world EXPO Research Center, Vice President of China Hospital Development Research Institute and Executive Director of Shanghai Public Diplomacy Association. Prior to this, he served as Director of Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration from 2002-2009 and Deputy Director of Shanghai World EXPO 2010 Bidding Office from 2000-2002.
