Biography

T. Susan Chang is a New England-based freelance writer specializing in food and agriculture. She has written about local crops and farms in the Boston Globe, Yankee Magazine, and Taste of New England. She also writes recipes, cookbook reviews, and dining reviews. Susan's work appears in the recently-published New York Times Guide to Essential Knowledge (“A Dictionary of Food”). She is currently writing about regional farm-to-school programs, local farming, and young children and food.
