Biography

Dr. Richard Barrows is a part-time faculty member in the Edgewood College Ed.D. program in educational leadership, and partner in Education and Development LLC, a private consulting firm with work in Wisconsin and Mexico. Dr. Barrows helped to establish a program at Edgewood College through which undergraduate education students can do part of their student teaching in a bilingual school in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
