Biography

Jaye is an emerging leader and the director of community health programs and strategies for Henry Ford Health Systems. She uses her strategic planning, communication, policy analysis and advocacy skills to work on Women-Inspired Neighborhood (WIN) Network: Detroit. WIN Network is helping women address the social determinants of health that lead to poor birth outcomes, end their own cycles of poverty, practice greater civic engagement and improve equity issues. She is dedicated to eliminating infant mortality issues impacting the lives of African-American families.
