As founder of The Food Trust, an organization dedicated to the mission of ensuring access to healthy, affordable food, Duane has worked with community organizations, non-profit groups and government agencies involved with health, nutrition and agriculture across the country (TheFoodTrust.org). Through his commitment to enhancing food policy, Perry has helped to create policy changes at the federal, state and local levels, as well as changes in private behaviors. He serves on the Mayor's LGBT Advisory Board (Philadelphia), Board of Managers of The Philadelphia Foundation, and is a Director of The Claneil Foundation.
