Biography

Ms. Harris-Fleagle has 25+ years of experience in rural community engagement. She has extensive networks in rural Alaska and has worked with tribal governments, tribal consortiums, ANCSA corporations, state and national organization/agencies as well as the private industry on program development, infrastructure development, remediation/ mitigation, health delivery systems, wildfire support, and state/national legislation. Ms. Harris-Fleagle’s past experience includes project development, project fund raising, project planning, project implementation, project management and project closure
