Darlyne Bailey is Dean and Professor at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research at Bryn Mawr College where she also serves as the President's Special Assistant for Community Partnerships. With a master's degree in Social Work and a doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Darlyne had long held leadership positions in higher education and community organizations.

Her teaching, consultations, and community-based service and research are guided by her commitment to inclusivity, equity, and co-creation. As Darlyne soon assumes the leadership of a new initiative on Social Justice, her life's work remains — using the power of connection to ensure that individuals and communities fulfill their highest potential.
