NEW OPPORTUNITIES & A NEW KFLA NEWSLETTER

Welcome to KFLA’s next venture in communicating with you electronically: no more snail-mail newsletter.

We’re excited to be sharing information with each other in a quicker more precise way allowing us to share opportunities for collaborations as soon as we hear of them.

The Year of the Horse brings great energy for collaboration and opportunities for new ventures. KFLA is ready.

To share a few examples: KFLA is working with Kellogg Fellow John Burkhardt (KNFP-10) who is the Director of the Center for Institutional Diversity – he is providing Fellows with opportunities to participate and help beta test several projects he is working on.

If you are interested in similar opportunities of involving Kellogg fellows in your projects, please let us know.

WALK TO WIN

$5000 TO DONATE

KFLA is excited to announce a Call to Action on Health—and what better action than walking!

Join us in answering the 18th US Surgeon General, Regina Benjamin’s (KNFP-14) call to get America walking and the robust Every Body Walk collaborative called together by Tyler Norris (KNFP-15) and Kaiser Permanente.

Your class will compete against 19 other cohorts for the most miles walked between May and September—the top class wins $5000 to donate or use as a scholarship.

We’ve lined up 3 virtual routes and tour guides that will show you trails along which walking has shaped history and community.
