Biography

Mrs. Simelane - Sikhondze holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship & Finance from the University of Dallas -USA and Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from the University of Swaziland. She also has a Certificate in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED - Harvard University). Other courses attended include Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis I & II (SADC-DFRC / Queens University-Canada), Advanced Class on Mastering SME's Credit Appraisal and Lending Decision (AADFI- ADB), Sustainable Finance of Small and Medium Enterprises (NORSAD). Mrs. Simelane - Sikhondze joined the FINCORP Group in 1999 and progressed to become Senior Credit Officer in 2006 and later seconded to First Finance as Branch Administrator in 2012
