Biography

Casey is an established leader from the Laguna Pueblo tribe. Casey has answered every call to serve his community, including serving as prosecutor for the tribe, representing the department of social services and acting as the tribe’s lead attorney. He is also a faculty member at the Leadership Institute’s Summer Policy Academy. Throughout his brief but impressive career, Casey has demonstrated his commitment to his community by striving to discover how policy and law can better serve the needs of people. Casey is an S.J.D. (Scientiae Juridicae Doctor) candidate in the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program at the University of Arizona.
