Biography

Cheryl is executive director of Hope House, a faith-based social service organization working with young parents to obtain employment opportunities. Cheryl is an established servant leader with vast experience in developing successful family economic security programs. Specifically, she works with young parents to help them obtain their General Equivalency Diploma (GED), move into post-secondary education, vocational training and ultimately, placement into careers that lead to economic security and healthy relationships. Her vision is for healthy and functioning families that create children of promise. This vision has been the driving factor to create networks and partnerships within the community that deliver varying services but create a synergistic approach to creating solutions to systemic problems.
