Biography

Dwayne is CEO and founder of The Sixth Group, which provides training and coaching services to leaders and organizations. He has crafted and implemented winning civic and voter engagement plans and strategies since the late 1990s. Formerly, Dwayne was the senior Southern regional jobs and economy organizer for the Center for Community Change. He is a gifted speaker, strategist, activist and social entrepreneur with deep ancestral ties to the South. Dwayne is a highly-skilled consultant in the areas of program development and strategic grant-making. He has worked all over the South in private and public sectors.
