Biography

Ashley is an emerging leader and executive director of Tunica Teens In Action, a grassroots community-based organization in the Mississippi Delta. She is in tune with the pulse of the Delta and the voices of young people. She has developed curriculums and conducted trainings around leadership development, education reform, civic engagement, conflict resolution, restorative justice, healthy communities and numerous other topics. She has been intimately involved in numerous areas of work through community organizing and personal growth initiatives, specifically focusing on civic engagement, health and wellness and economic justice.
