Biography
José Luis Olivares was born in San Antonio La Cienega, municipality of San Felipe del Progreso, State of Mexico, Jose Luis is education coordinator of the “Sun Flowers” project in the patronage of the civil association “Pro ZonaMazahua”. His main responsibilities are: to provide computer training courses for indigenous children, to provide technical support to elementary schools teachers about software installation and internet. Jose Luis holds a BA in informatics from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, with special emphasis in microcomputers. He has extensive experience in computational tools such as Visual Basic, Corel Draw, HTML, Turbo Pascal, and Windows Office. In 2007, the international computer company “Intel”, awarded Jose Luis with the certification of “Top National Trainer” for assisting more than 200 rural students and more than 100 rural teachers. He has been a teacher and community representative of San Antonio La Cienega. Indígena Mazahua con sede En San Felipe del Progreso Estado de México, miembro del Patronato Pro Zona Mazahua, A.C.
