Jeff is the inventor and Co-Creator of the Scrum development process now the most widely used approach to project management in software development. He has been CTO/VP Engineering or CEO of 11 software technology companies and is Senior Advisor to OpenView Venture Partners and Agile Coach to their 18 portfolio companies. His client base includes large companies like Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, SAP, Siemens, and GE as well as mid-size companies and startups. He spends about half of his time in the major cities in Europe and the other half in the U.S. leading his company which supports corporate transformation in the way work is done with Scrum.
