Biography

Bruce J. Sherrick, holds the Fruin Professorship at the University of Illinois, and is Director of the Center for Farm and Rural Business Finance. The Center, located within the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics, conducts a comprehensive research and outreach program targeted to farm and rural businesses and their capital providers. The mission of the Center is to empower farm and rural business sectors, the finance industry, and state and federal policy makers to make more informed decisions. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, and managing partner of integrated Financial Analytics & Research (iFAR).
