Biography

For 15 years I was the Director of CINDE, an NGO which works on the promotion of healthier environments for the development of young children in poor communities. Currently, I work as an independent consultant on the evaluation of social development projects, especially in the mentioned fields, as a researcher and a university professor on ECCD early child development and care in community settings.
