Biography
Pancho Chang is the Chief Operating Officer for Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI). In this position, he oversees operations, including facilities, risk management, and IT. Previously, he served as a programmer and administrator at three local foundations. Mr. Chang has been a lawyer, a health center administrator, a federal administrator, a group health insurance commissioner, and the head of Boston City Hospital’s community benefits program. He held Pew health policy and Kellogg leadership fellowships and served as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige national quality awards. Mr. Chang is a member of the California and Massachusetts bars.
