Biography

Mr. Donald Chan specializes in the Juvenile Justice System and was employed for the City and County of San Francisco's Juvenile Probation Commission. The Commission administers the the Juvenile Probation Department (JPD), which locates, develops, and administers programs for the assessment, education, treatment, appropriate rehabilitation and effective supervision of youth under the jurisdiction of the Department.
