Even though I have done hundreds of speeches, and am very comfortable doing them, this chance to do a TEDx in Lansing stretched me to my core. I decided that it was time to talk about creativity and innovation. It was time to address the fears that keep all of us from the things we want to do. So I went big. No power points, no cheater cards. Just me, a stage a story and a box of crayons. It set me free.
